I began my professional journey as a developer and have transitioned into the role of a technical project manager. In this capacity, I oversee the delivery of technical solutions while also remaining actively involved in development work.

My strength lies in effective technical communication. Leveraging a solid technical foundation, I have the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for stakeholders. Additionally, I specialize in designing and implementing technical solutions that align with user requirements to drive business objectives.

Professional Experiences

I have experienced three different technical and managerial roles of application developer, technical presalses and project manager.

Assistant Project Manager, Hong Kong

  • Commencement: September 2023
  • Current Position

In my role as an assistant project manager, I engage with stakeholders to pinpoint their business and technical challenges, and offer tailored solutions. I deliver the project management as well as technical design and hands-on development to implement these solutions effectively.

Throughout project cycles, I meticulously monitor progress and tasks using tools like Gantt charts and WBS, ensuring seamless solution delivery. I proactively address potential and realized issues to maintain project control.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaiining the automation of business processes using UiPath, VBA, and Python
  • Directing small-scale projects to enhance infrastructure, configure servers, and bolster cybersecurity
  • Engaging with stakeholders including vendors, client users, and senior project managers
  • Configuring and managing servers
  • Designing interfaces for integrating a POS system with SAP

Technical Presales Engineer, Hong Kong

  • Commencement: November 2020
  • End: September 2023

During my tenure as a technical presales engineer, I introduced tailored HR solutions to potential clients in Japan. By collecting and incorporating feedback, I devised, proposed, and executed localization and customization strategies to optimize solution value and meet their business objectives. For more intricate requirements, I led diverse teams with varying technical and cultural backgrounds to ensure successful goal achievement.

Key responsibilities included:

  • Crafting and presenting localization and customization plans for an NLP-driven HR solution to clients, aligning with their objectives
  • Leading and managing teams to implement customizations
  • Engaging in cross-cultural and technical dialogues with clients in Japan, technicians in China, and scientists in Britain to drive project success
  • Maintaining server operations and troubleshooting incidents as needed

Application Engineer, Tokyo

In my role as an application engineer, I focused on implementing new features and resolving issues within a payment service.

  • Developing frontend and backend functionalities for the service
